ViaSheet provides downloadable spreadsheet templates. When you purchase a template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the template for your personal or internal business operations. You may customize, edit, and modify the template to suit your needs.

2. Restrictions on Use

You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, lease, or share the templates (original or modified versions) with third parties. Selling or uploading our templates to public directories, sharing links, or presenting them as your own products is strictly prohibited.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our spreadsheet templates, all sales are final. Once you purchase and download the files, we cannot issue a refund. However, we offer complete support at hello@viasheet.com to help you resolve any issues or configure your template correctly.

4. Intellectual Property

All template designs, formula structures, brand names, logos, website copy, and assets are the intellectual property of ViaSheet. Your purchase only grants a usage license, not ownership of the underlying copyrights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Templates are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. While we do our best to ensure formulas and workflows are accurate and functional, we do not guarantee they will be error-free. The templates are tools to assist your business operations and do not constitute professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the website or templates after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
